Aaj kal humari life mein screen time zyada hai, kaam ka pressure hai, aur healthy khana banana mushkil lagta hai. Lekin sach yeh hai ki apni health ka khayal rakhna sabse zaroori kaam hai — body ke liye bhi aur mind ke liye bhi.

Jab aap workout karte ho, to body endorphins release karti hai — yeh hoti hain happy hormones. Isse aapka mood better hota hai, stress kam hota hai, aur aap andar se relax feel karte ho.
Bas thoda sa dance, walk ya stretch bhi kaafi hai — aur aap khud mehsoos karoge farak.
