Aaj ke time mein anxiety (chinta) ek common issue ban chuki hai. Kaam ka pressure, social media ka stress, ya personal problems – anxiety ke reasons alag ho sakte hain. Achhi baat yeh hai ki kuch simple lifestyle changes aur techniques se aap anxiety ko manage kar sakte hain.
Anxiety Kya Hoti Hai?
Anxiety ek prakritik reaction hai jab hum kisi stressful situation mein hote hain. Lekin agar yeh feeling roz aane lage, bina reason ke tension hone lage, to yeh Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) bhi ho sakta hai.

Anxiety Kam Karne Ke Asaan Tarike
1. Deep Breathing
Har roz 5-10 minute ke liye deep breathing exercises karein. Yeh body ko relax karne mein madad karta hai.
2. Mindfulness Meditation
Present moment mein rehna seekhiye. Headspace ya Calm jaise apps se guided meditation start kar sakte hain.
3. Exercise Kariye
Rozana thoda chalna, yoga ya workout se stress hormones kam hote hain aur mood better hota hai.
4. Caffeine aur Sugar Kam Karein
Zyada chai, coffee ya sugar se anxiety badh sakti hai. Unka use limit karein.
5. Routine Banayein
Ek regular routine (sone, uthne, khane ka time) aapke mind ko stability deta hai.
6. Likhiye (Journaling)
Apne thoughts aur feelings ko likhna anxiety ko release karne ka ek powerful tareeka hai.
7. Nature Se Judai
Har din kuch waqt nature mein bitaayein – chahe wo park ho ya balcony mein plants. Natural surroundings anxiety ko kam karti hain.
8. Professional Help Lejiye
Agar anxiety zyada serious ho rahi ho to ek therapist ya counselor se milna sabse behtar hota hai.
Anxiety Ka Samna Karne Ke Liye Motivation
